Very sturdy and nice size. The reason for a 4 star is the lid is not very flexible. Very hard plastic and hard to remove.

Easy to use as mixing bowl and is nice looking.
This mixing bowl is great for mixing and and beating dough. It is lighter weight than expected but quite sturdy. It works great for sour dough starter. And it is nice looking. I would definitely buy again! The tapered design allows for smaller foot print on kitchen counter.

Excellent bowl for sourdough
I bought this glass bowl to use when making sourdough bread and it worked amazingly well during the bulk fermentation. I would buy it again.

My "everything" bowl
Absolutely love this bowl. It's big enough to make 2 loaves of bread and right now it's my go-to bowl for cooking and baking. It has a good weight to it, not too heavy like some other glass bowls, plus the lid is sturdy and fits well. I don't have to struggle to put it on or take it off. It's a great purchase, worth it.

Lid Does Not Fit !
Not good. Bowl itself is ok, but the lid does not fit. Do not buy if you are trying to store things in the bowl. I would like a refund or new lid.
