I’ve been using this cream for a week, and while it’s still early to tell if it’s making a big difference, I really like how it feels on my skin. It’s lightweight, not greasy, and absorbs quickly. The pump is super convenient and keeps things clean. It feels gentle and moisturizing

Not impressed. I was excited to get this and see if the reviews matched my own experience. This *IS* a nice moisturizer-- that much is true. But I didn't notice even a hint of difference in my skin condition from a tightness or firmness perspective. (I'm 49, so maybe it's just too late for me. IDK.) Beyond that, the product container is awful. I am barely halfway through the container and it will no longer dispense the moisturizer. The container is not clogged-- it just stopped working. And as a special bonus-- there is no real way to open the container to use the contents inside unless I get out a saw and literally saw the container open. NOT OPTIMAL. Will not purchase again! REVIEW UPDATE 1/15/2024: Adjusting my initial two-star review to instead reflect five starts based upon the excellent customer service I have received following my initial review. On multiple occasions, representatives of this company have reached out to me to see how they could improve my experience and make it right, even offering to provide a full refund for the product I purchased more than a year ago at this point. I even received a personal letter from the dedicated customer support person reiterating the offer of a full refund, which I sincerely appreciate. While the pump dispenser for this cream did indeed fail, I was eventually able to open the container and use the product inside in its entirety. For this reason, it would be great if the company simply adjusted the container to be the twist-off type versus the pump-type. At any rate, this is a nice cream. Because the skin on my neck has already significantly aged and is sagging, it would be unrealistic for me to expect any dramatic changes with its use. BUT-- at age 50, I am still getting compliments on my skin, and I like that this cream is thick, rich, unscented and non-greasy. It's a great, nice quality night cream and its effects last well into the next morning. I change my review to say that I WOULD order this again despite the container it comes in.

Seems to be doing a good job!

I like this product after using in only 3 days. At 67 I look pretty young for my age... I've been told, however the neck is always a problem. I did see subtle results already. I'm excited to see what long term use will be. I haven't had a problem with the container yet. I would order again. It's a luxurious cream containing a lot of good ingredients for skin. I've used it lightly on my face at night and could feel a slight tightening. I do recommend this product. It's worth a try on face, neck and hands. Hopefully it'll work for you too. No scent is always a plus for me with face/neck creams. It is lightweight and not greasy at all. Rich and creamy, feels really nice.

Used it for 2 weeks already. I like this moisturizer for neck, it is not too oily and no smell. The pump design is clean and easy to use, control the amount of each usage. Recommend it!
