I love this coconut milk powder! The flavor is not too overpowering in my opinion. I use it in my green tea with collagen and coconut oil. I do blend it though so there are no clumps in my drink. I see some reviewers that say it doesn't blend well if stirred. But there aren't many clumps in the bag and they break apart easily. This is the best clean coconut milk powder I have used! Keep making this!!!

The only coconut milk powder I can find that doesn't contain maltodextrin, which has a glycemic index of 130. It's pretty fluffy considering it has no fillers. The flavor isn't quite as good as native forest used to be prior to adding fillers but is just fine.

There is white residue that does not dissolve even in hot water, which I can observe in every cup after using this milk. It does not have any taste. I do not know what that is, maybe Titanium dioxide? Taking powder into the mouth, it has a sand-like texture.
