I had ChatGPT help write this review, but I proofread it and everything here is accurate. Hopefully it helps someone. I installed this Nibbi PE24 on my Tillotson 212 minibike with a custom exhaust and torque converter, and it completely transformed the bike. The biggest difference honestly wasn’t even peak power, it was how much more refined the bike feels now. The stock carb basically had 3 throttle positions: “nothing”, “some power”, and “all the power.” With the Nibbi, the throttle is smooth and predictable throughout the entire range. It feels much more like a real motorcycle or pit bike now instead of a modified utility engine. Once I got it tuned correctly it also made noticeably more power everywhere, especially under load and at higher RPM. For anyone installing one on a Tillotson 212 / Predator-style engine: the jets that came with the carb out of box were too small so I had to order an assortment for an additional 9 dollars Mine started and idled great out of the box, but it was lean under heavy throttle. I’m at about 5300 ft elevation. Final setup that worked best for me: 118 main jet Needle clip position #3 I didn't need to adjust the air fuel screw. The tuning process was straightforward and every adjustment made a noticeable difference, which made it much easier to tune than the stock carb. Overall I’m extremely happy with it. The bike feels faster, smoother, more responsive, and much more refined than it ever did with the stock carb.

Good carb for modded predator 224 engine.
Put locktite on the choke. My choke fell out on the first ride and then had to sources another. Sucked. Oh well. Can be troublesome to tune if this is your first carb. I kept the original pilot jet and switched to a 135 main jet. Runs great.

Predator 212cc build
Works well on a stock predator 212cc. Put the smaller 35 pilot jet and a 120 main jet and started 2nd pull tuning is easy. Tried 2 vm22 clones and this is much better. No need to align gaskets on manifolds. Throttle response is great.
