Great value, great product!
These are great. I own three of these and keep them all in my gym bag. They work exactly as I intend, and I have never had any of them rip, tear, split, or snap on me. The build quality does seem top notch.

What are you waiting for?
I recently bought one of those power towers, you know, the apparatus that allows one to do pull-ups and dips. ( https://www.amazon.com/Weider-WEBE99712-Power-Tower/dp/B0098MAYNY/ref=cm_cr-mr-img ) As a younger man in my 20s & 30s, I had no problem cranking out set after set of 14-15 reps of chin-ups, pull-ups, and dips. Fast forward about 20 years, and I'm now in my mid-50s, and not only has my strength decreased, but my weight has gone up about 40 lbs (255). I'm embarrassed to admit I can't complete one full-range, unassisted pull-up or dip. I can do about 5-6 half-reps, but that's about it. So I took a chance on one of these bands (the green one), and hoped they would support my weight and do what they claimed. Damn glad I did! At first, it was a bit awkward getting my foot or knee into the band, but that quickly became easier. My first workout with this band, I was able to complete NINE full reps of pull-ups, and TEN full reps of dips, and got a great pump! It felt like I'd found the fountain of youth! LOL As of this writing, I have used them for six workouts so far, and my reps have increased by a couple and I'm now getting even more out of each exercise. Eventually I may purchase another band as my strength level increases. But for now, this $22 investment is well worth every penny. Highly recommended! EDIT: Since then, my reps have increased to around 15 each for both chins & dips, so I also recently purchased the purple one. This one provides less resistance than the green one, so it's akin to upping the weight on a barbell and progressing from there. Who knows...maybe someday I'll become strong enough to get an even lower-resistance band! Love this product!

Excellent quality and great for all fitness levels
These resistance bands are strong, durable, and come in a great range of resistances. I use them both for pull-up assistance and full-body workouts. They don’t roll or snap, and the storage bag is a nice touch. Highly recommend for home workouts or gym use.

Durable and high quality even two years later
I bought Power Guidance bands a couple years ago after reviewing many similar products. These sounded like high quality from a good manufacturer. Rounding back two years later, these were a great buy, well worth the money! I wanted them for some shoulder ROM work as well as for adding resistance to my push-up workouts. They worked great for those (and any other type of resistance band work). I (and my older teen) have used these 2-3x a week for the past two years and they've held up. I also take a couple with me when traveling for business or vacation - very convenient. I'd highly recommend. I was hoping to get two years of good use out of them but seems like they'll retain their resistance and durability much longer.

Using Combination BW, DB's along with High Tension Band resistance
Although this a great tool I was hoping for a more accurate tension. I feel like companies possibly over embellish to weight tension to appeal to insecurities. I used tgis band when it came yesterday along with 55lb dumbbells and got 9r for my first set/3x total. Thw 3rd and final set I was fatigued and coupd only manage to get full reps - however when I set the 55lb db's down I realized that the tension with the band was great enough to perform another 5-6r with only the band; a band only drop-set from combined 55lb db's w/Blue Band [65-175lb reported tension]. I have to admit that the weight/tension claim seemed near spot on post pre-fatigue. Last week with this combo using the 50-125lb green band tension plus 55lb db's my reps were around 20r sets. I was able to test the band comparison a little further using a barbell [Amazon recommended standard barbell w/quick-clips]: TRX plus hanging bar, handles 18" off the ground: -BW currently 215lbs @75% equals around 160lbs Plus Green Power Guidance Band = 4 reps post db work as described -BW @160lbs[75% angle or syn] plus Green Band = 9-10r So in each case I could achieve double the reps with the Green Medium to High tension band as compared to the Blue High Tension Band. I just bought a pair of gloves as the band [especially thinner ones] tend to cut into the hands. The 55lb dumbbells as well as 215lb bw anchor the stability of the cutting dynamic thereby minimizing interference due to pain. I just thought this might be helpful to someone somewhere out there. Comparing the bands, combinations, methods and personal experience. Cheers

Well-made product!
I’ve had this since 2018 now and it’s showing no signs of wear or age. I had babies and didn’t use it for long time and it’s sat in my garage. No dry rotting or anything! Definitely been a great purchase! I came looking for a lighter one to decrease weight because I can do a few pull ups now! 🥰

Worth it
These lasted 8 years before they broke. I would say they are well worth the money.

Durable, Easy and effective
I purchased this to use primarily for pull-up assistance on the bar. I wanted to improve form and increase stamina for multiple sets, and it’s been terrific for both. Since then I’ve also used it for assistance on dips, for tricep pull downs, curls, and also on vacation for a variety of resistance movements. It doesn’t shine as much in that regard, if you were to use this instead of trx bands or similar. But it also doesn’t boast to. I’ve been using it for the past year and have found it very durable - I’m 215 and it supports me no problem. My kids also love to bounce around and swing on it. All in all this is a great purchase at a great price point. I plan to purchase another at a lower tension to continue progressing.

Je l’utilise pour du renforcement musculaire. Après plus d’une semaine d’utilisation quotidienne j’en suis très satisfait. Semble robuste dans le temps. Permet de faire pas mal d’exercices sur tous les groupes musculaires.

These straps are great! Originally bought them for use with a pull-up bar, but they’re incredibly versatile and now using them for a whole range of isolation exercises as well. Quality is excellent and easy to combine to get a whole range of assistance and/or resistance. Never thought I needed them before and now they’re some of my favourite equipment to use. Strongly recommended.

It works. Can be used for more than just helping with pull ups. Make push ups harder. Upright row. Etc etc...

Used this product for my calisthenics routine, very good quality and comes with a nice mesh bag. I used the guide online here to judge which weight was best for me, guide is effective and I have been using it for pullups and stretches. However, if you want to challenge yourself more, it is better to purchase a band one level lighter than recommended. High Quality, Strongly Recommend!
