The gummy taste is really good! For the days when I’m on the go and have no time for a full long workout or complete supplement meal I can count on these as substitute to get my effective energy boost in for the day! Highly recommended only downfall is it’s a low milligram dose of creatine so you might have to take six throughout the day

This is one of my supplements for staying young. It’s a good price and a great taste. It is part of my routine daily.

I gobbled one down and was reminded why I always have at least a little bit of food when taking creatine after a minute. They're a little bit gritty, a hard gummy, with a bit of pineapple flavor. Suspiciously, they do claim to have 4g of creatine in just 2 gummies. I dropped 40 gummies on my scale to get an average mass of 2.65g per gummy. (It was 106g for the 40.) So, somehow, there's 4g of creatine and another 4g of carbs in 5.3g of gummy. The 12 calories listed suggest it's more like 3g of carbs, but that still doesn't add up. Lucky for me, I don't want a whole 5g dose, but I'd still like to know how much is really there. Picture is what a 5g creatine monohydrate dose looks like in various modes. The blue ones are a bit taller than these bears. The scoop is humped a bit to get in a whole 5g (measured on a scale) and the capsules also check true on the scale.

These taste good can't tell if they work right now but will update later once I see results.

Only 2 gummies for 5mg of creatine, much better than other gummies I tried. They taste good, too.

Creatine makes such a big difference in post workout recovery. It is super convenient to use these chews as there is no messy powder to get over everything. The taste is mild and pineapple-y. The texture is a bit chalky and I usually wash them down with some water, but over all this is a fine way to get that creatine in you.
