I’ve bought this particular product several times. There are many manufacturers on the market, and although these may not be the cheapest, they are well made, durable, and they work well. You get what you pay for.

I bought these for a specific trolley to run on laminate flooring for occasional use, and they do the job fine, but I wouldn't call them heavy duty. The ball race is sticky and rough on 6 of the 8 castors, and I would be concerned they would start to stick with repeated use in a dusty environment. The locking mechanism is OK, and I have not needed that functionality here, but again, I suspect it might not live up to continued use in a workshop envirnment, for example. If you are looking to move and use heavy machinery on mobile trolleys get something heavier duty, but for light work these are perfect.

Good quality heavy duty wheels with 2 of them having a break. Non marking wheels which is great for my patio and paved areas as I attach them to wood decking tiles so my heavy plant pots are easily moveable.
