Its a good brand the active ingredient coukd be little more than 140 but its still good

Works well, no taste and reasonably priced
My Oura sleep tracker showed a ~20% increase in deep sleep duration after taking these for the first time. It also seems to help me slightly with sleep latency (falling asleep quicker).
