I was pretty skeptical at first, but I’m glad I gave this a try. I’ve used mouth tape before and always hated how sticky and uncomfortable it felt. This is a huge step up. It’s made of soft silicone, doesn’t use any glue, and it’s reusable, which saves money and waste in the long run.I started using it at night to stop mouth breathing and noticed right away that I wasn’t waking up with a dry mouth anymore. Rolled the dice on this gadget instead of mouth tape to stop my mouth breathing at night when wearing CPAP nasal pillows. Had my doubts, but holy moly… I now sleep straight through the night without EVER waking up from the sensation of my gaping pie hole leaking pressurized air from the CPAP! Not a single time since I started using it! If you’re considering it for similar purposes, don’t hesitate to put your faith in it. You’ll probably be grateful that you did.

It was causing my teeth to hurt, indicating that it was pressing on them. My teeth are very well aligned and the pressure overnight pressure was that was causing pain would have likely realigned them. I definitely did not want tooth problems, so I disposed of this product and will go back to using tape. I like using the micropore tape that is gentle to my skin.

Been using it now at night for about 3 weeks. Generally I'd mouth tape so I thought I would try this because of the cost of taping everynight and the glue on your mouth. It comes with 2 devices one for at night that goes on your neck which is black and the clear one is to use during the day. I'll be honest I'm not using the daily clear one to train to be a nose breather. I have to say though I'm getting the same Snore Score results or as the tape without all the hassle I'm going to start using the clear one during the day and re-evaluate 3 weeks. FYI I use a snore app called Snorelab to track my nightly scores. Seems like a good product.

not really effective. It does hold the tongue in place along top of the mouth when first. However the suction fails fairly quickly if you aren't concentrating on it. Definitively does not work while sleeping. works a little better if sleep exclusively on your back but doesn't hold tongue in place all night even then. Nothing about the design will keep your mouth closed so your lower jaw will drop at some point and make this pointless. Shifting to sleeping on your side instantly makes crooked and pointless. These might work for you if trying to teach yourself to keep tongue on top of mouth while awake this might be a tool someone could use but it will not replace mouth tape because will not keep your mouth closed while asleep. I would also comment that the price is pretty high for materials used and quality, especially since fairly ineffective. Not going to return since has been in my mouth. Maybe will see if can get some use out of it while exercising or something.

I bought this item for my significant other because they are always snoring, it has been a game changer for the both of us! I have tried using it as well and can definitely tell that I am breathing better at night, and have noticed a significant decrease of snoring as well.

I am disappointed in this Item. I used the nighttime version last night and it did not stay in place - a couple of times I awoke and the device had migrated to the side of my mouth and I was breathing through the mouth. Once I awoke and the device was completely outside of my mouth. I'm going to revert back to using a slightly modified athletic mouth guard. It's not as comfortable, but it does stay in place.
