Poor Packaging: The plant arrived without adequate protection, resulting in a dead and wilted appearance upon unboxing. Missing Pot: Despite ordering a potted plant, the pot was nowhere to be found. It seems like a crucial element of the order was completely overlooked. Quality of Plant: The plant I received was in such a dire state that it was beyond resuscitation. This indicates a lack of care and attention to the products being sent out. Overall Experience: This has been a highly disappointing experience, and I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the quality of both the product and the service. I expected a healthy, well-packaged plant, and what I received was the exact opposite.
