Received with both shakers completely broken and it’s non returnable? It’s never been used by me!

I would call customer service and have a photo ready to send of the broken product. It may be true that it’s non returnable, but that doesn’t mean that they won’t reimburse you for them. Mine arrived in great condition.

I did not receive two dressing packets or a lid. But when I went to return item, it said that this item can not be returned. Why not?

I am guessing this is listed as a food item. I see that it reads returns or refunds available. I suggest you call Amazon Customer Service.

I received my dressing packets but not the cruet. Does that get delivered separately?

These bottles are perfect for homemade salad dressings. The fact they are glass, a perfect size, with nicely fitting lids made them ideal to store dressings in fridge. Clean up nicely, too. Arrived on time and packed nicely. Highly recommend.
