I want to thank Amazon and the seller for bringing this product for me to purchase. I was desperate for something to help during this hot weather. I don't freeze them, I find the fridge is a better outcome for me. My husband wraps one pack with a paper towel, I use as is. I find any condensation soon evaporates. I put one behind my back for a while, then between my hands, the result is just wonderful for keeping cool. Once the coolness subsides, we have another 2 ready to use from the fridge. They are of very good quality - thank you again.

Great size, stays cold for long from the fridge

They are super cold out the freezer and retain the temperature for a good while. You will need to wrap them before placing on the skin. Not used them hot yet but so far so good.

Flexible pad can fit anywhere and either heat or cool an area. Very useful to keep cool on back of neck or to reduced swelling on injury.

Works really well for a cold compress I haven’t used as a hot compress.

I have a sacroiliac joint injury which is agony! My physiotherapist recommended ice packs for application before and after the exercise regime...however I have also been using them to cool me down during this heatwave and they're brilliant. They're the perfect size to wrap around an ankle or wrist, fit nicely at the back of the neck, around the hip and lower back. Having a pack of four means there's always a frozen one ready to use. Just one moved around my body is enough to make me feel much more comfortable and I found it more pleasant to wrap a small Microfiber cloth round them, especially to start with when they're covered in ice from the freezer. I haven't tried heating yet, but the quality of the rubber is good, so I feel confident they'll work just as well once microwaved!

Work exactly as you’d hope - having 4 may same overkill but for the reason I wanted them (post surgical procedure - starts with a V and men tend to get them) they’re perfect - stay really cold and can mould the gel to “fit” where needed - then know you’ve got another 3 available without worrying about instantly putting it back in the freezer!

My mom recently had knee replacement surgery, and I bought these to replace the ice packs she needed during her recovery. Honestly, these work better than some of the big-name pharmacy ice packs I've used before. They stay cold for a long time, are soft and comfortable to use, and having four in the pack makes it easy to rotate them throughout the day. For the price, you get plenty of value. Definitely recommend these if you need reliable reusable ice packs for injuries or recovery.

Perfect size to put in my back support strap . Prob one of the best ice packs I’ve ever bought . They stay cold, very cold for prob an hour, and when u have ( back ) pain or any pain it matters . I have bigger ice packs that I use at night, but this is great if your on the go and u can just put it in the back support Velcro for your waist love it. , couldn’t believe how long it stayed cold .
