Got this for my son for his birthday and it fit him amazing. He’s 4’8”. Only took 20 min to put together and packaged really well I’d HIGHLY recommend.

Assembly was quite easy and at first everything seemed good. I got 8 miles into a ride in the Smokie Mountains when the pedal assist stopped working. I searched the internet and this seems to be a common issue. I attempted to reset the bike as per instructions I found online and it does nothing to fix my problem. I've contacted Jasion support from their website but haven't heard back from them. This bike is too heavy for me to pedal without pedal assist. Buyer beware. 1 star for right now. If they respond and provide a fix then I will update the review. UPDATE #1 - I've been going back and forth with Jasion customer support is attempt to get this bike repaired. If you need to contact them be prepared to do email exchanges. I'm guessing by the time of replies that I'm exchanging emails with someone in China. They are very courteous and they are very clear with the information they require. In my case they are going to send me a replacement motor, which just happens to be on a 2 - 3 week backorder. They are giving me back $50 for my inconvenience. They will also pay for the work being done at a repair shop if I prefer to do that. My guess would be that I would have to pay first then they would reimburse for the repair. In any case, they have been very helpful in putting things right. Upgraded to 2 stars for now. UPDATE #2 - I received the replacement motor, actually the complete rear wheel assembly. This has fixed the issue I had and now I have a spare rim and tire. I'm still pessimistic, maybe because it failed so quickly and I see a lot of the same failures when searching the internet. Upgraded this review to 4 stars because they made it right, in reality I'd prefer 3.5 stars.

Very easy to assemble, has plenty of power thought I wanted it to go 50 mph got up to 40 mph was fast enough. On flat can get up to low 30’s mph. It has great acceleration and pedal assistance really allows you to climb some steep hills. This is a very good value for the price.

Got this bike this summer and have had a blast riding it. The e-bike components all work well and it's easy to change the control to get a top speed of 25mph. Even just riding as a regular bike without the motor assistance is a pleasant experience. One thing to note is how the pedal assist settings work. Other e-bikes I've seen and tested out give a % of power based on the setting selected (25% power for level 1, 50% power for level 2, 75% power for level 3, etc). This bike however uses the pedal assist levels as a mph cap. For example, level 1 will provide full power to the motor up to about 11 mph then cuts out, level 2 goes up to about 13 mph, and so forth until you get to level 5 which is either 20 or 25 mph depending on what you have it set for. The thing to keep in mind is that when using just the throttle, it is still limited to the top speed of whatever pedal assist level you have it set at. This is really my only complaint with the bike because it can be a bit tricky getting the pedal timing right when you start out as the bike wants to get you up to the mph limit right away. Something to keep in the back of your mind if you're riding with others not on e-bikes, as you're going to have a tendency to get ahead of them quickly.

The bike came somewhat pre assembled which was great. My son went out to ride the first day and the pre assembled kickstand was not tightened. He parked the bike with the kickstand and walked away came back to find the bike had fallen over and now the front brake handle is completely bent and not usable. We called and they gave us an email address. They are now giving us a hard time about replacing the part or giving a partial refund to replace ourselves. After going over the bike a lot of pre assembled things were not properly tightened. Kind of dangerous for something that goes so fast. Double check everything on this bike not just the stuff you put on. If I have to I will return the whole bike. Also battery life is not as described.

This bike is bad ass. Right size for my son thing goes fast nice beefy tires.

We like the bike so far. Instead of going up to 25 miles per hour, it will actually only go up to 20, as per the manual. That's fine, we're not using this to race. We might actually buy another one when I get used to it. My husband loves it, and loves using the power assist. I'm still getting used to it. We also got a carrier and some carrier bags, so hopefully we'll be able to use this to carry at least some groceries.

So I bought this bike...and I have to say I kinda love it.. Will add to my review if things change. Iv had this bike for 2 weeks and rode everyday...so far so good.

Amazing! Can get it up to 55km lol smooth ride! Only problem I’m having is breaks sticking and power box gets extremely hot to touch wile charging.

Awesome but not sure who can service it. Local bike shops won't deal with what they don't sell
