This has been a bad season for ticks already. We went to an dirt bike woods race with the whole family a few weeks ago. As soon as we got there, without taking a single step out of the truck, I hung my legs out of the open doors and doused my feet and up to my knees with this stuff. Unlike other tick sprays I have used before, this had little to no smell. It dried completely and was not greasy at all. Within 10 minutes several people in our party were picking entire tick nests off of their legs. I still had no ticks. We were at this race in the woods for an entire day. I applied only one time when we first arrived at about 8:00. AM. At 3:00PM the race was over and we were standing around waiting to get the race results at the scoring booth. Everyone was complaining about how many teeny tiny ticks they had on themselves during the day. I looked down and I finally had one single seed tick on my foot walking up my leg. That was the first tick I had seen all day long. I walked back to the truck and reapplied the spray from my feet up to my knees and I never had another tick. People were complaining for about a week after the race that they were still finding teeny tiny ticks on themselves and their kids. Not me! This is going to be our new summer staple for a camping, dirtbike racing and any outdoor activities.

great product, works well

I bought this for a trip to Costa Rica. I had zero issues with mosquitoes, or bugs in general. I spent quite a bit of time on the edge or within the rain forests and didn't get bit at all. The scents aren't bad, but I still prefer the unscented - as I do with most things. The only issue I had is when I went to leave Costa Rica, they took one of the bottles and threw it away - they said I couldn't have it... But I think they thought it was aerosol or something, because I brought them in my carry-on from the states, and I had a second bottle with me in another bag that they didn't take. But, it served its purpose already, so I didn't care.

Amazing and no smell. I used this daily in an area that was known for having dengue fever. I was in the forest and on rivers. No issues. I used on an island as well where I was getting bit up with skin so soft. I switched as soon as I got my bags. This stuff is worth it and travels well.
