What country is the gelatin created in and where are the cows from?

Aspen Naturals sources the beef gelatin from the USA, here is what they said: NORTH AMERICA SOURCED, 3RD PARTY TESTED: We've traveled the country to source you the best beef gelatin. We based our choice on product quality, flavor profile, 3rd party testing, and country of origin. We do not source our ingredients from China. I will trust that they are being honest as their company and reputation depends on this. Plus the product is third party certified which is very hard to get. Third party certified means that what they say is in the ingredients is what is in the ingredients.

I doubt that it is grass fed or anything that is "claimed", and strongly suggest that you purchase from a reputable company, at least one that has a physical address. I question the legitimacy of this company and their products and have asked Amazon to investigate.
