I regularly bake sourdough bread, have for decades. Tried lots of brands of flour. This is my go to flour, as good as any and better than most for bread.

Well, we cooked with it and nobody died. So probably pretty good. It was the "unbleached" flour that we needed. Our local store was out.

This is more of a shipping review. The bags of flour were shipped in a lightweight cardboard box -- miracle it arrived intact, though it had been re-taped at some point. The bags were shipped without any plastic wrap around them or even in a protective plastic bag. Not so great for food items. Otherwise, would be five stars, as the product is excellent.
