How long must it take for the manual charging station to fully charge the battery?

Thank you for your question, usually the battery can be fully charged for 3-5 hours.

The Mini400 comes with an AC/DC adaptor to plug in. There are no instructions. How long will it take to charge the unit with this adaptor?

I charged mine for about 6 hours then put it in use if you’re in a sunny location that will finish charging it and keep it charged mine has worked great so far

What type of fence material does this charger work with? Can I hook it to any metal fence or do I need special bare wire?

I used poly wire but it will transmit through chicken wire and metal fencing. Accidentally learned that!
