I can really tell the difference in hydration when I drink Liquid IV. I keep them in a container on the counter, a couple in my desk drawer, one in my purse. I travel with them and they help to abate my leg cramps. I really LOVE the mango flavor. It's the best yet.

This is easily one of the best Liquid I.V. flavors I’ve tried. It really does taste like those classic red, white, and blue firecracker popsicles—super refreshing without being overly sweet. I use these after being out in the heat or when I just need to rehydrate, and they definitely make a difference compared to plain water. The mix dissolves easily and is convenient to keep on hand. Also like that it’s not just about taste—you’re getting a solid electrolyte boost. Each stick is designed to hydrate faster than water alone and packs a good amount of electrolytes.

Live every flavor I have tried. I am a USTA tennis player in Florida and have major issues with my electrolytes. This is the only electrolyte drink which has helped my keep my electrolytes where the should be.
