Very bright colors. We used them to dye Easter eggs and it has not dried in three days, it has an oily finish that when you touch the eggs it smears.

Fantastic assortment of food-safe colorings. Used these to create a display to represent a bunch of different products using only water. Since we just did this, I can't speak to the long-term viability, but in the short term, it's working great! For the money, it was an incredible value. A little bit goes a long way!
