Clearly a typo on their part. But do NOT buy this product from this seller. Buy from Keeva directly. The product I received was a fake and caused a horrible reaction that resulted in a trip to the dermatologist and two days of missed work.

What is the percent of salicylic acid in this product? And isn’t that the real acne fighting ingredient here?

I think salicylic acid used to be listed as one of the ingredients, but since the last time I bought some of my acne lotions that had willow-derived salicylic acid, the SA ingredient was removed. Maybe something changed in the regulations, but willow is still listed as an ingredient and it still seems to work. When I ran out for a few months, the acne came back.

What's the difference between syrum and cream? Which is more potent if just buying one?

The serum is used more for trouble areas to help clear them up, and the cream is used all over to help prevent issues.
