Extremely Versatile and Sturdy Home Gym — A True All-in-One Workout Solution
The SincMill Home Gym is a versatile and sturdy piece of equipment that has quickly become the centerpiece of my home workouts. It’s impressive how many exercises I can do with it — I’ve been able to replace most of my gym equipment without sacrificing workout quality. The frame feels solid and well-built, and the various attachments I’ve purchased all work perfectly with the setup. At six feet tall, I do wish the unit were about a foot taller for a bit more range on certain exercises, but it’s not a dealbreaker — I’ve found ways to work around it. Overall, this is a high-quality, all-around home gym solution that delivers excellent value and performance. Pros: - Very versatile – supports a wide range of exercises - Sturdy, durable construction - Attachments work seamlessly - Effectively replaces most gym equipment Cons: - Could be a bit taller for taller users Summary: Strongly recommend this product for anyone looking to build a comprehensive home gym

Opening the boxes, check parts, review manual and assembly video
Have not fixed it yet, but the remarkable delivery of 4 heavy packages deserves kudos. Parts were all there, and really appreciate the specially packed small parts on cardboard meticulously labelled which will really help assembly. Online manual and assembling video will help familiarise one to the parts, and the assembly process. Third party tailored-to-this-model waterproof cover, and floor mat, are something extra you need to spend on too. will repost once assembled. 2026-05-23: assembled and preliminary try. Easy enough to assemble with instructions, visual charts, tools provided. The weights guard is not solid material, but polystyrene type netting. Need some way to hold (and label) all the parts you gather from the cardboard packages. Feels a little lightweight, and leg attachments feel a little loose, maybe i should try tightening it somehow. Tried leg push...... actual weights seems attenuated greatly by the pulley system ...... so 50 kg may not feel like 50 kg. As i am using it for recuperating from knee surgery, and sarcopenia, the limited weights (tension feel) are passable. But if you are advance weight exercise guy.... I think may not be "useful". Saves on travel time and gym subs, gym competition for machine access. And anytime access feels good.

Time well spent
I received all 4 boxes at the same time. They are about 80 lbs each. There are a lot of parts to set up. This took me 8 hours to unbox and set completely up, however I did a meticulous parts check which took about an hour or so to make sure everything was here and it was. The paper directions were great and detailed all the way until you arrive at the pulley assembly part, then that is when I watched their instruction video which was even easier than the paper instructions. After I was all done the top pulley worked great, the flys were great but the rowing part was hindered. I gave about twenty pulls or so and it appears the cable started wearing so I knew something was off. I am a very meticulous person when it comes to assembly which is why it took me so long. However I FOUND THE PROBLEM. The long cable on the bottom when it is first being inserted thru the hole that is "U" shaped has a tiny metal bar in it. I had routed the cable under that bar by mistake, it needs to go above that bar. After I fixed that there were no more wearing issues and everything fit together as it should. Nice solid machine. I have on carpet upstairs and it does not move. I am very impressed with this home gym. I set this up by myself with no help and an ample amount of space to lay out the parts. I am under 6' and in my early fifties and it fits me just right. I don't plan on becoming Hercules just keeping myself fit and in shape. Yes, it takes time to set up but is time well spent. Additional note: When I ordered this the seller sent me a message to let me know that there will be 4 boxes coming all together, but they can only use 1 tracking number so some boxes may come a few days later, I got lucky because they all arrived at once. I thought that was very nice to give me a heads up.

Medium range. Don't mix up the weights in step 3.
I like it. It took me about 5-6 hours to assemble. I'm mechanically inclined. The video assembly instructions are simple to follow and detailed with 3D diagrams. The parts in the box are not numbered so you need basic cognitive skills to match parts to pictures. Follow the hardware in order of the steps. Cardboard #1 comes with the hardware for all the first steps, cardboard #2 for the next set. etc. I put one weight on upside down because I wasn't paying attention and had to disassemble some things at the very end to flip it over. That was no fun. So definitely pay attention at every step. Make sure the cables are routed properly. It seems like you skip over a step or two, but that is for a reason... they come up later in the assembly. My only complaints are that the range of motion is a bit low. I'm 5'10" and can't get that last bit of push in a few of the exercises, like the butterfly, even with the back seat all the way forward, I wish the bars went back a little further. A couple other motion range issues. I think if you're over 6' or have long arms this might not be for you. Second complaint is the cable/roller system is a tiny bit noisy. I will probably add some light lithium cable grease where they contact the rollers (of which there are many). Other than that I like this machine. It's versatile and you can make up your own exercises on it. My wife is getting the hang of it too, but she wishes there was a good leg squeeze exercise for the inner thighs. I guess you can't have everything for this price. For the $600 I'm happy. Well engineered, well thought out, and relatively easy to assemble if you have kinesthetic intelligence.

Great value multi gym
Bought this multi gym two or three weeks ago and have been using it almost every day since. Pros: I get a workout for almost every muscle in my body. I supplement with an inner and outer thigh workout and ab workout elsewhere. But this speaks to the type of gym, not this specific gym.You can do so many different moves, at least 25, more than the poster shows. It came with a very nice selection of attachments. With a lot of silicone lubricant it is relatively smooth, not perfect, but I’m very pleased with it. for reference, I am a 5 foot two woman, I would call myself a beginner weightlifter. The machine fits me fine and the ways are enough for me at this stage. I can get a nice deep leg press. Sometimes I put a couple of Chare pads behind me to push myself even closer to the foot piece. Cons: the assembly directions were not the greatest. But the video on YouTube for assembly were very good. it took 6 to 7 hours to put together by myself. I wouldn’t say it was difficult just time-consuming. The paper directions neglected to tell you until the fourth package of hardware, that you needed hardware in the fourth package for steps that were on the first or second package of hardware so I had to remove some pieces to get those in. Read all of the print on all four packages of hardware before you start assembly. it didn’t come with lubricant, I had to buy that separate. And it definitely needs it. You will see that immediately. But once you use silicone, it’s perfect. The standing leg curl isn’t great as is however, I put a Yoga block between my knee and the machine and now it’s really perfect! Definitely recommend, it was worth the $511 on flash sale!
