Best fish fry around
This stuff goes great on any fried fish. I do a lot of walleye, perch, and crappie fishing and often host large fish fries and this jumbo tub of Louisiana is the only way to go. Way cheaper than buying individual bags if you use a lot.

Good flavor
The fish fry batter is well seasoned and has a nice crust and good flavor. I would definitely use egg wash batter and if you choose to mix with another seasoning, use with caution to keep from over seasoning.
