I have never purchased an "Imposter" fragrance and I was extremely hesitant to do so, but one of my favorite perfumes is Philosophy's Amazing Grace. The downsides are that it's moderately expensive and it doesn't last very long. It's still rare to find a light, floral fragrance that I enjoy and that works with my body chemistry, and that perfume fits the bill.So, for a $12 imposter I wasn't expecting much, but I am shocked by the quality! I've got the real thing and this and can't tell the difference! In fact, I swear this one lasts a *little* longer - not much, mind you, but a little... and with a light fragrance, I'll take it, plus I don't feel bad putting it on multiple times a day for this price!Seriously - I'm shocked at how good this is. My other favorite is Ralph Lauren's Romance, and that will be my next purchase. At $17 it's a fraction of the cost of a big bottle, and too good of a deal to pass up. Buy this!Updated 11/27 - I still love the "Amazing Grace" fragrance, but I was able to try out the "Romance" scent in the store and it's absolutely DISGUSTING. It smells nothing like Romance, not even a little bit. It's more like... bug spray? B.o.? I don't know, but it is NOT good. Very, very gross - definitely stick to the original if that is your scent!I also tried Cashmere Mist. I am not familiar with the original scent, so I don't know how close it is, but it wasn't repulsive like Romance was. It is a light, powdery scent and it lasted even though I tried to scrub it off (when I was washing off Romance on the other arm because it smelled so bad!) It's not unpleasant, it's just not for me. If you like the scent I suggest going to your local Walgreens or other drug store and seeing if there are testers available for you to check out!

So I think like many, I decided to try Amazing Grace (inspired by!) in this version because the disappointment with the REAL Amazing Grace is A THING. I've been wearing Philosophy AG for probably 15 years, and it is absolutely my go-to, signature fragrance. However, in the past few years (after selling out to Coty), I've found the price has gone way up on Philosophy AG and the quality is WAY down. It used to last all day, and now it lasts about 15 minutes if you're lucky. I keep buying it every couple of years and returning it because nothing has changed. If anything, it's worse. I tried layering with the body wash and lotion, and still - for $80+ per bottle, you don't expect to have to refresh every 30 minutes.So out of desperation, I tried this, not expecting much. But for $11, why not? WOW! I still have a bottle of the doesn't last Philosophy AG and sniffed each one right next to each other. If there's a difference between them, it is SO subtle so as not to be noticeable! It also lasts SOOOOO much longer than the real AG! I'm so beyond thrilled to be able to have my long-lasting, beautiful, light floral fragrance back and for a fraction of the cost! PLEASE NEVER DISCONTINUE THIS!

This fragrance is fabulous! Better than the original! So clean and fresh with no cheap after scent. In fact, no after scent at all. The scent evaporates within minutes of spraying it on your skin. I still bought three bottles over the last couple of months for a fresh spritz now and then. I was going to buy another because it's pretty much the only fragrance I really like, but the price has suddenly been doubled. Why would they double the price when it doesn't last? I will reconsider if the price is reduced to normal. In the meantime, I'm looking for a better go-to fragrance.

Update.. the bottle I just received is not AG. The label says it is but what's inside doesn't even smell like it.Sad, cause I have been buying from here for yrs...Update: still buying, I wish people knew how amazing this dupe is. Even better then QVC . Much cheaper.. I bought AG when it first came out, then 2008 company sold out to Coty and things changed for the worseThis is hands-down the best dupe Amazing Grace. I absolutely love it. I love it better than what is being sold now on QVC. It just isn't the same anymore and hasn't BEEN for about 12 years. This is going to be my only Amazing Grace I will ever buy again. I am on bottle number 4 and I absolutely love it. I have warned Amazing Grace since Christina brought it on QVC. When they sold to Coty it's never been the same. This scent actually smells like the original Amazing Grace and has a much longer lasting scent than what is sold now.But buy buyUpdate, still better than what QVC sells. If you didn't smell Amazing Grace when it first came out then you dont know how it changed in 2008, Coty bought brand n just ruined the scent.Was at hospital female Dr asked me if I was wearing Grace. Now I had not sprayed in over 10 hrs , she smelled it and knew the scent.Much better then the crap philosophy aka Coty sells now.Like the Grace I fell in love with yrs ago.Buy buy buy.

This "inspired" fragrance is like the very original eau de parfum!! Really! It is, to my mind, a perfect copy of the original, and certainly far better than that which is sold by the famous C company. Am so happy as this has been the one of only two fragrances I've been able to wear for years. Love it!ADDENDUM: After using the Inspired version of Amazing Grace, I also bought their version of magnolia oil, added it to regular A.G. lotion and ended up with a terrific copy of the brand name! Same thing happened when I added the oil to EDT (of which I have a lot) and ended up with a matching version of A.G.Magnolia EDT. I also bought their versions of Happy, Opium, and Beautiful, with which I am equally happy, especially with Beautiful! Hope they will return with more product once our current social/working situation improves. These are the first copies I've ever liked. The scents were right on, for me, packaging well done, with no leaks, but will not suggest your results may not vary. Used to have all of these in name brand, but became very ill for years, threw out all my expensive perfumes, and now, after 20 tears, I can wear at least copies of my favorite perfumes! Am happy to report that this "impression" of the lovely original Amazing Grace also lasts (on me) as did the original. Same with the others. I did note another person who was anxious for the return of this as it has the qualities of the original. I agree! YMMV.

I am aware that perfumes are down to personal taste. This scent is well priced and has good staying power, hence the three stars. However, I was looking for a clean, subtle scent, and this is not it. Personally i found this overpoweringly strong, cloying and overall an unpleasant scent that got worse the longer it sat on my skin.

I’m so happy with this perfume. I have been using Amazing Grace by Philosophy for a while now and my 11yr old started to use it too like a body spray lol!Needless to say she used up all of it and couldn’t justify the $90 price tag for a new bottle of the original and came across this one at a fraction for a much bigger bottle and I’m glad to say this smells heavenly it’s not so watered down or even too strong smells just like the original and lasts long.We get compliments all the time when we wear just a teeny bit to church and so happy we found this thank you!Hope you never discontinue this because this will be our forever scent.

Not only does this perfume smell better than the original Amazing Grace, it is a perfect dupe for a discontinued perfume that I spent $200 on on eBay called Creature D’anges by Gilles Cantuel. I bought the original AG cause it smelled similar to this perfume but now it’s don’t have to worry about running out of my Creature D’anges. You have no idea how happy this makes me🥰 (although I will say that the scent fades pretty quickly.)
