These are fantastic! I was looking for a replacement for my high fiber, low sugar Joyride gummies, since they don’t ship to Canada. I like to eat a few grams of fiber with every meal, and if the meal doesn’t have its own fiber, especially if it has a lot of cheese, I want to supplement with some fiber. And it’s nice to have a small sweet treat after a meal. Other low sugar gummies have stevia, which leaves a bitter aftertaste (like Smart Sweets), or don’t ship to Canada, or don’t have much fiber. These Shameless Snacks gummies have a great fruity flavor, no bitter aftertaste that I’ve noticed, lots of fiber, and pretty low calories for the amount of fiber. After trying them, I immediately bought more. The only downside is these are fairly pricey. As with other high fiber foods, if you don’t normally have much fiber in your diet and then eat a bag of these, it will probably make you painfully gassy. But if you normally eat enough fiber, and only eat like half a bag at a time, you’ll probably be fine.

Okay, let me explain....I am a gummy candy ADDICT. Like out of control. I jones for them. My husband is my gummy dealer.... He buys them and hides them in the house so I won't find them and eat them all. When I have a craving, he pulls out a bag from the secret hiding spot that I have never found and I eat the bag. Yes, THE WHOLE BAG. That is the serving size for me, no matter how big it is. Not proud, just saying. Fast forward.... I'm now on a low sugar eating plan. Doing well, losing weight but I truly miss my gummies. On Amazon, found a sampler box of low sugar gummy candy. Great, I can try some out and see what I like but did not have high hopes. I love sugar and these are low sugar so...we'll see if I can choke them down. Joyride is one brand. A TON of carbs and tastes like garbage. Barely sweet. What is the point??? I threw most of them away.... RUN from the "Tropical Rings". You're welcome. Then I tried Kiss My Keto. Better than Joyride but still the sugar was a little high and it tasted...pretty good at best. Best flavor was the "swedish fish" lookalike but not for the sugar which I thought should be lower. But then....I tried Shameless Snacks sour apple. Holy amazeballs, Batman!!!! Only 3 g sugar, 3 net carbs, 70 calories a bag and SWEET, honey!!! What? Huh? What sorcery is this??!! If I wasn't looking at the bag that said Shameless Snacks, I COULD NOT TELL THE DIFFERENCE from the full sugar gummies. And get this! Because it is high fiber, I was satisfied with HALF A BAG!! Excuse me?? Look, Shameless Snacks, just make me your spokesperson, okay? Because I am 1000% thrilled with this product! I've told ten people about this already. Had a bag of OMG Peach.... Same thing. So freaking yummy! And perfect texture .So....I bought one of EVERY flavor. Pricey but totally worth it!! This taste for a LOW SUGAR CANDY??! You are not going to find better, trust me!!

If I could do half stars, I'd rate these a 4.5 but I think too highly of this candy to round down to 4 stars. I'll start with the cons cuz it's a shorter and more nitpicky list: the color is much more green than blue and the flavor isn't quite blue raspberry. Also "super sour" is a little generous. There's tanginess for sure, but they aren't quite as sour as Sour Patch Kids for example. Not that there's no sourness, but as a huge sour candy lover, it's a slight downgrade from regular unhealthy sour candies and CERTAINLY moreso than any candies labeled "super sour". Now for the pros: DELICIOUS candy. I was expecting there to be some sort of "healthy" after taste or synthetic flavor - not at all!! (Aside from not being as sour) these taste almost exactly like Sour Patch Kids. Same gummy texture as well. I had done a decent bit of research before purchasing and had seen all the highly positive reviews but still had my reservations about a sugar free, fat free candy actually still tasting like regular candy. Genuinely surprised how good these are. Totally exceeded my expectations. I'm also a type 2 diabetic and my skepticism also had me prepared to see huge sugar spikes after eating these, but yet again I'm happy to be wrong. I had a pack last night after work having not eaten anything in 4+ hours and there was definitely still a spike (18 points) an hour later, but glucose levels returned to normal after another hour as they do with most foods I eat. Similar results again this morning, having a pack 1 hour after eating breakfast. I'll double check with my nutritionist and update my review as needed and part of me feels like with how amazing this candy tastes, there'll be one of those "you are entitled to compensation" commercials 10 years down the road, but for now I would highly recommend these to anybody. Fresh, tasty, high fiber, no fat or sugar, guilt free snacking.

LOVE. I have a major sweet tooth and love my gummy candy and these are a great substitute. Good texture, flavor and low on calories and the fiber is a plus. Yeah, they are expensive, but you really get what you pay for. Not all flavors are exceptional, but the mango and peach are delicious!

I'm always sceptical about trying "healthy" candy like this, but I'm so glad I did. I usually get Smart Sweets and I got used to them, but these are WAY better. I had to keep checking the package because I can't tell they're low sugar, plus they have more fibre than similar healthy candy. They're pricy, but worth it. I even like them better than the full-sugar fuzzy peaches! The texture is good, the flavour is good, and they're full of fibre. Definitely buying them again!
