Kids love it, and most adults are amazed when they see this in operation, working from a single blade into a full image. For those of us that are more technical and know how it works....I have to say I was pleased with the end result. It makes a great image, but short videos really show off the potential of the "hologram" concept. So far it has been easy to use, and upload little short videos via the SD card supplied. I have plans for this device. It is definitely an attention getter at this point. Low cost to get into this technology. So far so good! Lots of fun.

Product is cool and looks great. Everything else is terrible. App for phone never worked. Loaded numerous times on different phones, no good. The software link sent to a site that doesn't exist. Directions are probably the worst I've seen. If your going to sell to the US market, make sure your directions, software, and app works! It's too bad as the graphics are nice. Save your time, and do not purchase

Great product. Comes with a remote that turns on the unit, controls the brightness, buttons that allow you to cycle through images on the micro SD card manually, and a "mode" button that allows the unit to either cycle through all images/videos automatically or stay on only one. The micro SD card has some preloaded images and the converting software. The software converts the listed compatible files so the unit can display them. The software is only to convert files, it is not a video editing software, so you will need to have your own editing software to make videos. The converting software itself is straight forward and easy to use. The customer service is awesome. I had some questions about the unit and converting videos. They have been quick to respond and have helped with every question I had. If you have any issues or questions, contact them and they will help in any way they can. We are considering buying one more of these and if we do it will be from this seller.

Once you get past the issues with the app, it's a pretty cool display. I used it at a 4-day trade show, and it worked reliably. I'd give the device itself at least 4 stars, but the app sucks too bad not to subtract one. The iPhone app just doesn't work. I don't have an Android to try that app. There is no Mac version of the desktop app. But if you have access to a PC, you can use the desktop app. You'll find it on the micro SD card that comes inserted (at least with mine) into the spinner. You need the app to convert your mp4 files to BIN files. Then you just transfer them to the micro SD card, and put it into the spinner. When you turn it on, it will cycle through the BIN files on the card.

Our problem was that we could not get the base unit to function with the remote control at all. After some back-and-forth email messages with GIWOX Customer Service, they sent me a new remote control. Very happy to report that the new remote control works as it should! No problems at all now with the initial functionality of the unit. It is bright and makes a very cool effect. I am giving this 4 stars and not 5 due to the fact that the initial remote control was defective and the included instructions for the projector need a lot of work. I will note that the customer service has been very good at resolving my issue. ******************************ORIGINAL REVIEW ****************************** I purchased this as a gift for my husband. We were so excited to set it up! Then we started reading the "manual". This is not an operating manual at all, but rather instructions about how to download apps to control the projector. Okay, fine, but I want to know what I need to do to get it up and running. This info is not in the instructions. So we did the first logical thing: we plugged it in. The fan began flashing blue LED light sequences. Ooh! Good sign here! Then we checked that the micro-SD card was properly inserted, popped the batteries in the remote, and pressed the Power On button. Logical, right? Nothing happened. We tested the batteries in the remote. Batteries fresh, correctly inserted. We verified there was all necessary data on the micro-SD card. We unplugged and plugged the unit back in and tried again. Still nothing. We then did the next logical thing... altering the direction of the remote control to see if it was a sensor issue. From all angles we tried to power on the unit, and NOTHING. I searched and searched all over the interwebs for troubleshooting help, and NOTHING. I have dropped more than three hundred bucks on a gift for a plastic bar with flashing blue LEDs. Ooh. Ahh. This is complete BS. I am more than annoyed that what was supposed to be a super cool surprise gift for my husband has turned into a massive disappointment. I've contacted GIWOX for help and will update my review if/when resolution is obtained. Based on the unit I've received, I cannot recommend purchasing this item.

GIWOX, I've come to bargain! Halloween 2018 - I wanted to be Doctor Strange and knew I needed some kind of LED magic effect. I found this product. I had a slew of questions before I bought it and the seller answered every one of them. Then I had more, and he answered all those too. I pulled the trigger and it could not have worked out any better. The fan comes with all the software you will need to get up and running. I copied it to my desktop and within a few minutes I had my first images going. In a few days I had everything I needed. This thing is stunning in person. It is BRIGHT...even in daylight. At night, forget about it. It's pure magic. I loaded it up with all sorts of mystical magical stuff plus a few funny things of my own. We walked around for 4 hours. The thing looks like real interdimensional magic. Half the kids in town think Doctor Strange lives here! Now that we're done with Halloween I can't wait to put this to use for some crazy home decoration. The fan came with a whole library of cool images. Can't recommend it enough.

Bought this for use in a Haunted attraction. Wasn't really sure how I was going to make it work for that purpose, as I had only seen it used for advertising purposes, but it was just too cool to pass up. I was not disappointed. The light is amazing even in situations where there is a lot of ambient light, but it really shines in a dark environment. The next step was to fit it to our purposes. There weren't many videos that would be classified as "Scary". The Nemo fish was cool, but it didn't really have the ability to send people screaming into the next room. A quick email to the seller was all it took. They responded to me almost immediately and provided a couple of videos that will work. Still not exactly what we need, but definitely a step in the right direction and passable until I learn how to program it myself or the company provides more content which they are working on. Could not be more pleased with the light and costumer support.

The fan works. It is all downhill from there. Acessories like the card and remote are either missing or not functional. The included instructions would have been lacking but for the fact that one half is for the included device while the other half is for another device, making them completely incomprehensible. The software can be downloaded for iOS iPhone using a QR code, and the best thing I can say for it is it works, if only I understood chinese, it might be useable. Manually entering the very long link for the PC software is blocked as malicious universally from download by for example your browser, and even Spectrum (living dangerously and circumventing the browser warnings and my service providers warnings on an old laptop I had on a back shele, results in Microsoft Defender going nuts and eventually crashing Windows in spectacular fashion). Customer support is I believe an ethereal phantom, if not a hoax. Over all, from my personal experience, I would not recommend buying this product. I am quite skeptical of those who have made glowing claims of this product and customer support. This particular product has been so spectacularly awful, that I am actually disappointed in Amazon for allowing this to be offered.

I purchased this for ad in the conference. There is no product Brochure inside no guideline how to use. No product support how to use it.I spent Rs 11895 + delivery RS 100= 11995/- plus 4200/- for making cover for safety purpose. This piece is lying idel and event is over. Can some one guide ,how to use.

No user manual book in box & no response call from product company.
