I have had a wide variety of digestive issues from constipation to cdiff, and peppermint is commonly recommend for GI discomfort by Gastroenterologists. I also happen to love a great cup of tea. This tea has a wonderful refreshing flavor and, as the title suggests, it is quite soothing for GI discomfort. Do note, though, that drinking it with reflkux can exacerbate heartburn/throat burn, especially if you lay down shortly after consuming. Highly recommend for the flavor, benefits, and the cost!

I drink Twinings peppermint tea daily and their pure peppermint version is one of the best you can find at this price. The flavor is bright, clean, and genuinely minty without any artificial or weak tea-bag taste that you get with some cheaper brands. It brews quickly and consistently, and works just as well iced as it does hot. I sometimes cold-brew a big pitcher of it overnight in the fridge and it comes out perfectly refreshing. The individually wrapped bags are a nice touch for freshness. I keep these at my desk and they stay fresh much longer than bags stored loose in a tin. The 100-count box is excellent value for something I use every single day. For anyone who drinks herbal tea regularly or is looking for a caffeine-free option in the afternoons and evenings, this is a reliable and high-quality choice. Twinings has been consistent in quality for years and this particular variety is one of their best. Delicious and relaxing drink.

The tea came quickly and was exactly as expected. It tastes great, probably the best of all the mint teas I’ve ever had. Its color is normal, not weirdly dark or too clear so that you know it’s real normal healthy tea and not some scary knock off. The box is huge - like 4 normal tea boxes stuck together which is crazy. The thing I’d change is that the tea bags are all kind of thrown in there instead of being neatly packed or stored in separate boxes. That would be nice.
