Decided to make a COQ10 change. Researched options and landed in this. Noticeable impact on digestion and the dosage is quite manageable. No after taste at all. No change in energy but a solid product.

I have a few health conditions that exhaust me. Within 3 days of taking 300 mg. I noticed more energy for the first time in a decade and it just gets better. I take 600 mg now and have noticed about 40% more energy than when I started just a couple of months ago. MPS has left me with knots and adhesions all over my fascia and between this and red light therapy, I’ve got some really good releases. My mood is better too, but I don’t know if it’s the supplement or just being in less pain.
