With so many blades in the razor, can you shave the area under your nose well enough?

Yes. On the back of each set of blades is a single blade. I have a mustache and it works perfectly in the small space between it and my nose. I’m 74 years old and these are the best blades I’ve ever used.

Is the ocean blue scent string?

Sorry, we don't quite understand your question. The ocean Truman Handle has no scent, and the Shave Gel has a light scent if that's helpful.
