DOESN'T SNAP OR STAY SNAPPED!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I order two snaps for a jean purse I am making for my granddaughter. Beautiful snaps except they don't snap and stay snapped but pop right back out. I triple checked online to make sure I had put them together correctly...so that isn't the issue. The screw post is too long and so it is in the way of it snapping to the male part of the snap. UGH!!! Contacted the seller with NO RESPONSE BACK...no suggestions on how to make this work. I am up a creek. The holes are already in the purse!!!! After all that work and to have the snaps ruin it....I am furious. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!!
