The taste. The packaging.
The taste of these things is something i can only describe as tasting like sweat, honey, and too much liquid smoke. They are absolutely revolting, theres sweet, no so spicy but its there, but something in it just doesnt mix. They also smell like what i can only describe to be like fresh rubber of some kind. As far as packaging goes there's atleast 3 cups of seasoning and powder in the bottom of this container and stuck to the tape that keeps the tub shut, as well as piled up under the screwy part of the lid and under the tape. Got all over my floor. From other reviews I see people apparently got a good batch, it may just be inconsistent quality, but somehow that's worse than the aftertaste in my mouth.

Great Snack
I grew up eating Tamarindo straight from the tree, this is easier and less tart.The spice is moderate and it's not too sweet.I really enjoy it as a snack.I'm diabetic and it works for me.
