Shipment of this catio was a certified nightmare, but that aside the catio itself is a dream oasis for our cats. Box arrived banged up and a bit worse for the where with some damaged pieces we didn’t notice until we had everything out of the box, so do better than we did and examine them before starting. Box is unsurprisingly large and a two team lift. The directions left a lot to be desired but was put together in about 90 minutes and it’s held up wonderfully to our very rotund cats coming in and out very energetically. Ours is under an awning, so I cannot vouche for how well it holds up to all of the elements, but it has definitely stood up to some big wind gusts. Our cats happily go out to yap at our bird feeder, and we can rest easy knowing both the birds and cats are safe and healthy. We love all of the options for access pints and the different levels they can lounge at.

Instructions were not the best. Screws for large sections were small. We had to add additional screws at the joints, because standing it up was very wobbly. Need to put more thought in the back door for window access. Then the top board should have been one piece. With it separate it moves and we had to secure this area. I would not buy again. It will need to be painted because the color or light stain is not going to preserve it.

My cats absolutely love this. It was a perfect fit for our porch. It is very durable. I love how it has a big door to open. I know my cats and I wouldn't be able to get them out if I couldn't go in there and get them myself.

This was great! My cats prefer being around the fenced in yard though. It did take forever to set up and two people would be advised but well worth the price. A lot of spots for the cats to chill on, good quality. Overall I was super happy with it.

I’ve had this catio for my 3 cats about a year now and it’s one of the best purchases i’ve ever made! The year prior to getting this, I had moved, had my first baby, and gotten a divorce. Long story short, my fur babies were stressed with so much change and were having some behavioral issues because of it. Including one that was peeing outside of the box regularly. I tried everything! Vet visits and anxiety medications. Multi-cat home pheromones. More vertical spaces and hiding spaces. Toys and catnip. Moving the litter boxes to different spaces. (We have 3) More playtime. More cuddles. I should’ve taken the jump to invest in this sooner. It came in two boxes. I put it together in an afternoon, completely alone. With a hand screwdriver. 🙃 It was a little difficult figuring out which panels went where but once I got going it got easier. It definitely would’ve been faster with two people and/or with a power drill. But not impossible! I found a kitty door that goes in the window on Amazon as well so they come and go as they please and it helps keep the hot/cold/bugs out. I also got some paver stones and gravel to keep it off the ground, make the bottom even, and help with drainage. They LOVE it! All three. And the behavior issues stopped within a week of having it put together. They’ve used it all seasons, and all of them use it daily to perch, nap, scratch, and jump around from platform to platform. There’s usually only one or two of them at a time as someone else is inside sleeping, stalking, or eating - but there’s enough room when all 3 are in there that they can all have a spot to enjoy. I love the door that I can use to go in and rearrange the boxes, add little beds and cat grass, and do any upkeep. The only issue I’ve had was one cat figured out there was a space up top between the house wall and the roof he could squirm out through, but that’s from my window behind taller than the catio. Just something to be mindful of! I’ve since added a board over that. Hope this helps :) I was a little apprehensive because of the price, but so so worth it!! Every single penny.
