the e.l.f. glow reviver melting lip balm in vanilla soft serve is not just a lip balm. it is a phenomenon. it is a lifestyle choice. it is something I think about at inappropriate times like when I’m supposed to be focusing on literally anything else let me start with the smell because I need you to understand this on a spiritual level. this is not just “vanilla.” this is like if vanilla achieved enlightenment. it smells like the idea of vanilla soft serve instead of actual vanilla soft serve. like someone took a perfect swirl of ice cream, removed the cold, removed the stickiness, removed the weird overly sweet fake notes, and kept only the warm, creamy, comforting part. I have opened this tube just to smell it with zero intention of putting it on. I have sat there like a gremlin just taking little sniffs like it’s going to tell me secrets about the universe. the smell is perfect. not good. not great. perfect. I would defend it in court and then the flavor?? why does it taste good. why did they do that. I don’t mean in a normal lip product way where you’re like “okay at least it’s not disgusting.” no. this tastes like soft, sweet vanilla in a way that makes no sense for something you’re not even supposed to be eating. there’s no weird bitterness, no chemical aftertaste, no moment where you regret your life choices. it’s just smooth and subtle and somehow comforting. it’s like your brain goes “yes this is correct” and moves on now the texture. this is where things start to feel slightly unreal. it actually melts. like the name is not lying to you. the second it touches your lips it just gives in and becomes this smooth, glossy, almost cushiony layer. it doesn’t sit there like a wax block judging you. it doesn’t disappear immediately like it never existed. it just becomes part of your lips like it was always meant to be there. it feels like your lips suddenly got an upgrade. like you went from basic settings to ultra HD hydrated deluxe mode also it somehow makes my lips look like I have my life together. like I drink enough water, get enough sleep, and make responsible decisions. none of that is necessarily true, but this lip balm is out here creating illusions and I respect that. it gives this soft glossy look that is not sticky, not heavy, not annoying. it’s just there, making everything better quietly I have genuinely caught myself reapplying it not because I need it but because I want to experience it again. like it’s a small reward for existing. I will be doing something completely unrelated and my brain just goes “you know what would improve this situation? that lip balm” and suddenly I’m reaching for it like it’s a coping mechanism the fact that I have bought this twice is honestly a big deal. I do not repurchase things. I get bored. I move on. I forget products exist. but this one?? I finished it and immediately replaced it like I was afraid of living without it. there was no hesitation. it was just “yeah I need that back in my life immediately” at this point I don’t even see it as a lip balm. it’s more like a tiny emotional support item that also happens to make my lips look amazing. if this thing ever disappears I’m not saying I’ll spiral, but I will absolutely be standing in a store aisle at 10pm staring into the distance wondering how something so small managed to become this important to me. anyway yeah this is dangerously good and I am not mentally prepared to ever be without it.

I have a thing for lip gloss, always have! But after coming home from a cooler climate about a month ago, not one of my lip products solved my chapped lips. Until I randomly ordered this e.l.f. Glow Reviver Melting Lip Balm in the yummy gummy shade. Chapped lips, gone in a day! This delightful product is moisturizing but not sticky, and gives a light touch of color when worn alone. Over lipstick or lip stains it helps prevent drying out and keeps lips soft. When first applied it has a subtle flavor that’s not too strong, and the coverage is easy to control. The slim design makes it easy to take with you wherever you go. Absolutely recommend!

Wow??! I didn't expect much from this lip balm at all, I just liked the idea of a cotton candy flavored lip gloss. I'm normally very very picky with my lip balms because the most popular brands almost always have terrible ingredients that could never deliver on their promised advertising (ahem.. Laneige...). Even the much more affordable brands like Aquaphor...Carmex...Vaseline, cause irritation and leave my lips feeling dry again within 30 min. However, this lip balm has actually good ingredients that didn't cause irritation and actually add hydration, not just a thick, occlusize layer that temporarily smoothes over the dryness without treating it. Instead it's a bouncy and glossy, but non-sticky, layer of hydration that lasts. I expected the fragrance to cause irritation but nope! I keep this lip balm by my bedside and apply it every night before bed! My impression of this being a fun little lip gloss turned into my favorite lip balm that I have now ordered 4 more flavors/colors. Highly highly recommend!!

This tastes absolutely amazing. I got the Strawberry shortcake one. It smells and tastes so divine. I’m obsessed with putting it on. My husband always comments on how good it tastes when he kisses me. The color is pretty. It’s not super pigmented, but it’s also not super sheer either. I think it’s just right for everyday wear. I’m also surprised by how big the tube is! You get more product for the price, so it should last you awhile. In my case it won’t because I can’t stop using it.

This gloss isn’t sticky, it goes on really smoothly with a jelly feeling applicator that’s soothing to the lips. There’s a slight berry tint but it’s really more of a clear gloss. The scent is exactly like blue raspberry and tastes good! The size of the tube is bigger than I expected too.

Very cute color and so pigmented! Leaves lips feeling hydrated, comfortable and the product isn’t too thick. It’s a pretty big lip balm. I like it a lot, but the fragrance is a bit much for me, it almost keeps me from reaching for it sometimes. It’s smells good but just too strong in my opinion.

Love it. I was initially looking for a good dupe and I’ll be honest I’ve never tried Summer Fridays so I can’t say the formula is the same but I can say I love the elf formula and the SCENT. I got the cherry one and it is CRAZY pigmented I have to be careful not to make it look overdone but it is a bright red when applied thickly and has a pinky color when done thinly. I love the smell and the taste. I personally hate cherries and cherry flavored stuff so this doesn’t make me think of cherries which is great for me but it definitely is very fruity. I love the silicone tip. That’s what started the whole search was I wanted a lip balm with a silicone tip and this was perfect. I’ve since bought the strawberry shortcake and the vanilla one and they are both awesome too. The pink one is my favorite because I can wear it as an everyday color without worrying about overdoing it. They are both super shiny and I love wearing the vanilla one over a tinted chapstick or something because it’s so glossy and pretty and everything is delicious. I love the flavors the vanilla one actually tastes like really vanilla icing and it’s so good and the strawberry one is good too but I can’t tell what it tastes like exactly. It’s good is all I know. My sister does use the Summer Fridays but she’s always asking to use my elf ones soooo…let that sink in. I’ve also just got the new sherbet punch one and it’s my new favorite. I’m definitely stocking up so I’ll still have it when it’s done. This HAS to be an annual thing if they don’t keep it around all year the color is beautiful and the scent and taste is fantastic. The color actually reminds me of the baseline rosy lips in the tube but it feels much thicker and is not greasy like the Vaseline one. I’ve also realized that now that it’s getting warmer and I’m slowly getting darker again the strawberry shortcake one is still fine but no longer my favorite because it pulls like nude on my lips now instead of pink so sherbet punch is the perfect one to step in and give that pink when strawberry shortcake needs a break.

I love how these Glow Reviver Melting Lip Balms look and feel on my lips. I tried Yummy Gummy first. It smells and tastes wonderful, very much like a berry gummi. I was hoping for a darker red color so I tried Candied Cranberry shortly. The color is more like a medium dark pink. If you want something more burgundy, this is not it. Additionally, the Candied Cranberry has more of a floral scent and flavor, reminding me of honeysuckle or columbine nectar. I like these enough that I will probably try a couple more colors. They're very hydrating but wear off quickly, especially if you're eating and drinking.

Lip balm della vita. Non è appiccicoso ma lascia le labbra rimpolpante. Il tubo ha parecchio prodotto, quindi il prezzo vale decisamente la quantità. Ne ho diversi colori

Got my first one in March and now I already have five and a significant e.l.f collection 🫣 these are SO amazing and smell super good. This shade I find can highlight the dark under my eyes a little though but I am like sheet of paper white I fear. They last pretty well on the lips but I wouldn’t say they work great as actual lip balms more just some nice colour and a bit of hydration.

Extremely nourishing, thick formulation. Works extremely well on my dry chapped lips with a dry skin. Has a bit of glitter granules, keeps the lips soft, supple and moist without causing allergy on the lips like some other balms do. Quality product and is long standing product as well.
