The media could not be loaded.  I recently got this "KOIOS Top Fill Humidifier” for the price of $89.99 and I could not be happier.Once I got the package, it was neatly and very securely packed. The material used to make this is not cheap and very well made. This holds up to 4 Liters and it will last 15-20 hours. So it is not one of those humidifiers that lasts 3-6 hours, it will last throughout the day and throughout the night so you can wake up without a sore throat or stuffed nose.My room is very dry, especially in the winter season and I always wake up with a dry throat, causing me to wake up in the middle of the night to constantly walk downstairs and get a cup of water. Luckily for me, I got this and this has been very helpful.There are cool features on this humidifier, it has a sleep mode so it will not disturb your sleep/nap. There is always a mist mode which indicates if mist will be produced from this device. There is also a timer mode along with an “Anion” feature that will somewhat behave as a mini Purifier, which will get rid of odors and getting rid of bacteria in the air. Which has kept my room and living room smelling like the bathroom that is located around the corner. The water shortage protection feature tells you that it is short on water so I did not have to keep on looking to see if there is any water left or not. NOTE: THIS IS NOT TRANSPARENT! Which is not a big deal for me.After a week of using it, I am more than satisfied with my mornings. I find myself not as cranky as usual. Which is all because of this Humidifier.

After reading reviews of many brands I purchased this one for two features it listed:- Humidity sensor that allows me to set a humidity level so I can let it run during night without worrying over humidifying.- Top fill water tank.But I was very disappointed that the product delivered none of them.- The humidity sensor is just garbage. After I ran it overnight, the humidity level actually decreased from 40% to 32%! My standalone humidity meter correctly reported 53%. So I could never rely on it to turn off after reaching preset humidity level.- The top fill water tank is nice on paper, but it does not work either. I found when I refill, the base basin below the water tank is filled with water, and the ultrasonic pad just shoots a 2-inch tall 'fountain' instead of producing mist. If I drain the the basin, then the unit will refuse to turn on because it thinks there is no water. I have to take out the tank, put it back in several times for it to turn on and it's a huge hassle.- The display is *way* too bright for a bedroom, even you turn on sleep mode. I had to cover it with a thick piece of paper during night.- The product picture shows a cool aluminum look, but unit looks VERY plastic. It's also very bulky, roughly 50% bigger than another humidifier I have, which actually holds more water.Also the manual states the operational humidity is < 80%, yet the humidifier allow you to set humidity level to 90% just to show you the consideration went into the design of the product.

I really liked the design, quietness, and functionality of this humidifier. I was planning to buy a second for another room. But when I plugged in the humidifier for season 2 use- it died after a few hours. I had cleaned it regularly and did so before I put it away so I don't know why it quit. It just did. The price wasn't worth it to me for a single year's use, and I hate to add more plastic to the land fill. So, no, I'm not going to buy it again.

We've been using this for about a month on a daily basis, and can report no failures. I think some of the talk of it only working in a 'small bedroom' isn't accurate though. Our bedroom is 12x24' and this is doing just fine. I have a separate digital humidity gauge across the room, so I'm fairly certain that this is up to the task. Without this running during the winter, we're at 32-35%, with this running high or medium setting we've been riding between 45-49% without closing the door. It would be more if we were running it more than about 12 hours a day.Operation is quiet. You can hear it very quietly hissblurbing when it's on, but it's definitely not enough to wake anyone or even be noticed except for in the very quietest of settings. The touch controls work as described, and the feature set is intuitive. The 'sleep mode' is still bright enough to be visible in a dark room, so we just cover the panel and face that towards the wall.No leaks or problems so far with about a month of steady use. Refill is super easy, by lifting the 'pail' out of the unit and putting it under a tap. We have well water with a hefty softening system, and haven't noticed any precipitate in the air or room surfaces. I don't love that it repeatedly beeps at you when the tank is empty. I'd rather just have it shut down. Although a full tank even at full blast should last you through the night.We purchased one of those 'anti-microbial' cartridge/inserts when we bought this (they're cheap and painless, and you'll see them listed at the bottom of this page as an added purchase) and they work. That's not to say you don't want to clean this, but it'll certainly make cleaning easier, faster and less frequent.
