Love this in the am with coffee.
Not so soft it falls apart while eating, but if u dip in any hot liquid it will fall apart. Delicious tasting. I do remember in the 80s when these were longer, now smaller.

They taste good and have some crunchy parts in them. I love the banana bread the most but the chocolate chip are good too. One makes you full. The ingredients are nutritious and give you an energy boost.
