What essential oils are used?  I have cats and there's many essential oils that cats shouldn't inhale.

I imagine that depends on the cat. But I wouldn’t recommend allowing the cat to CONTINUOUSLY inhale or ingest these products.  The scents/oils are not so innocuous  or odios so as to cause reactions in non-allergic children or pets

Any of these good for wrinkly feet or very dry skin around the fingernails/hangnails or dry lips, especially as an overnight cream?

Its a good cream to out in after an oil to help seal and maintain moisture. I wouldnuse it as a stand alone for really dry skin.
