Unexpected Customs Charges - With nothing in the description leading me to think this came from abroad I was gobsmacked to find I had to pay another £13.62 for custom charge as it came from America. Shocked that this is not made very clear on the description. I would demand the extra payment back if I thought there was any chance at all of them paying it.

Had to pay £13:80 extra import duty not mentioned in description! Also tiny jar was half empty! Had this product previously and didn’t have to pay duty. It did work but don’t think there is enough product this time - very disappointed.

The formula has changed from a white cream to a clear liquid and no way near as effective. At least the refund was handled quickly. Avoid

The shipment of this product falls under the expectations, as well as the arrival of the same. I want to complain and ask for the money back !!
