Looks like actual paint! A lot easier if you split it in half and just take it from there.

Horrible to work with!
This is by far the worst material I have used. Whiskers constantly, bubbles are endless, it is simply garbage. I would not recommend using this wrap unless it is very small, flat items needing wrapped.
