Great for Icy walking conditions.
I love these for being lightweight, small and practical, (easy to put on and take off) They also provide a solid hold on icy areas. Though, keep in mind these are definitely not meant to be worn for "gear purposes" and best for light winter activity, like walking. I've worn on more aggressive winter hikes and they broke on 2 separate occasions and lost 1 on another but I keep buying them. For the price I would definately recommend. Keep a pair in the car, backpack and give to older parents to help avoid falls.

Surprisingly Great-- up to men's size 10 snow boots
Based on the mixed reviews, I wasn't sure if these would work or not. But they are terrific on large toe box snow boots and work boots (regular width) up to men's size 10. Also ok for men's size 11 LLBean type boots. It took a few days for the cleats to conform to the boots, but they are good now and stay on the boots as long as you put them back towards the arch of the boot. If you place them too far forward, they'll come off in heavy snow, heavy mud, or when the trail gets rough. Cons: -- velcro strap is way too short -- too small for a men's size 11 high/wide toe box on snow boots and work boots. Going to try to use my own heavy duty velcro strapping, see if I can make these work on larger boots.

They work good
Used these for the first time last week. They work good. Only challenge was I was walking up a steeper incline of snow while hiking and it slipped of my shoe. Kinda hard to put back on in the middle of an icy hill.

Worn 3 Times, Walked Out of 3 Times...
OK...The metal spikes are STURDY and really dig into the ice and snow. The major problem is the attachment style of these cleats. Even if you strap them down to the point of crushing your foot inside of your boot, they manage to loosen and you wind up walking out of them without noticing. I've tried this with a pair of soft topped "fur lined ankle boots", a pair of hard rubber toed traditional mid-knee snow boots, and a pair of generic low top hiking shoes. I've walked around my driveway and wore them while shoveling/clearing the driveway of snow. Each time I had to wind up scanning around to see where the cleat managed to fall off at. I tried them again, strapping them down as tight as possible and making sure they "stuck" properly while going to the Zoo. In the time it took to get out of my car, and walk across the parking lot I had lost one cleat. I doubled back and found that it made it a good 6 yards before abandoning ship. Not trudging through snow drifts or anything, just a few inches of snow mush in a flat parking lot. I really wanted these to work. It's so inconvenient to take off traditional style cleats and then have to keep them in a pocket while you go indoors. But these? These aren't it either, fam.

Great product.
These are a nice thing to have in your car for that black ice day. Work great. With the crazy change in weather these days its a good addition to your car/ walking attire. Save your hip!!

Excellent product
This great attraction for those very icy days. I always put it on before I walk out the door to prevent Falls. I definitely recommend this product very easy to use

Rusty
Good traction but these cleats are hard to keep from sliding off my boots. I discovered the metal cleats drip rusty water on the floor when they are wet. I would not buy them again for both these reasons.

Perfect for all sizes
I bought these last year and with all the ice on the sidewalks this winter, It was very useful and I wanted more since I wore them down! They're easy to wrap around your boots and they are a good price! Recommended!

AVOID AVOID AVOID !!
This is why it is Important to Read Reviews, Avoid this Purchase, the Straps are WAYYYY to short on top of that is velcro, so its so much under stress do to length, that guaranteed these will ALWAYS fall off, i Recently purchased these and was not even able to attach to my boots, It will Literally go straight into garbage can, not worth the Return process over $14, these are garbage, AVOID

They work
I've used the full boot grips, and I can't use them anymore, as they really hurt to work in. I like that these ones are relatively flat, and are easy to walk in. The velcro is convenient, but if it gets caught on a leash, it falls off. I've had to cut it down.
