Use for product photography. Comparing two products.
I use these items for product photography. I purchased two different, but similar products. This set and the โKOTTO Third Hand Soldering Tool PCB Holder Four Magnetic Based with Iron Holder, Flexible Metal Arms Helping Hands Crafts Jewelry Hobby Workshop Helping Station Non-Slip Steel Weighted Base.โ I prefer this set. It has stronger arms, the clips are more easily manipulated for fine adjustments and the base is bigger. As a bonus, the two sets of arms are of different lengths which adds versatility.

The best thing to happen to my workbench

Handy and storable
The magnifier and light work well together. Controls work as advertised. Seems sturdy and stays where you put it as long as the curve is not too tight.
