The company is located on Jeju Island, S. Korea. You can Google and view their teas and possibly message them, Green teas have caffeine and the teas I’ve ordered have green tea in the blend.

I don't know because it depends on what the seller has at the time . So far my teas have had a 1 year expiration date.
