Tastes better than I expected. Bit like Gunpowder green tea, earthy would be my way to describe it. I had a cup on day 2 of a gout flare and i definitely felt some relief for maybe 2 hours after drinking the first cup and maybe an hour after reusing the bag later that day. I feel like if I drink it daily it’ll help with my gout and other inflammatory issues. I seem to feel calmer after drinking too.

I like this product and have a cup every evening. It has herbs that help support your bodily functions and I find it quite effective.

It does what it says it does. It nips a gout flare up in the bud when you drink enough of it, and it also reduces the pain around my foot when a flare up has already taken hold.Add 2 tea bags to a Sports Direct sized mug and drink it. I add honey to it to make it more pleasant as I don't personally like the taste of it, but the taste is better than a flare up.
