Pain relief
I'm a side sleeper and weigh about 240. I had trouble with my shoulders and hips hurting during the night and in the morning. Since using this mattress the very first time I've had no pain in those areas. Thank you! I also had trouble with foam mattresses 'cratering'. Felt like I fell in a hole which caused my spine alignment to be bad. No 'cratering' with this mattress. The only thing I have now is a little upper back pain in the morning but I think that could be a pillow issue. I would recommend this 10" hybrid mattress.
