As a busy mum in London, I hoped this neck cream would fit into my quick self-care routine. But after applying it before my book club meeting, my neck felt tacky all afternoon! The cream never fully absorbed, and my silk scarf kept sticking to it. Even worse, the rollerball tugged at my skin instead of gliding smoothly. For £35, I expected luxury, not a product that ruins my outfits and leaves me fidgeting during tea.

I found this to be very good, a little sticky until it soaks into the skin.

Very runny Does not work

*Update* I've now been using this for just over a week and I've used it ever day since it arrived. Not only does a little go a long way but its worked even better than i hoped it would. I started using it on my face as well as my neck and it's helped with defining cheeck bones, jaw line, it's helped all but erase my marionette lines too. A tiny dab on an eyebag helps it disappear. Just one word of advice, don't use the rollers on your forehead. Only minor issue I have is the rose scent but it does disappear so its not a major problem and a personal preference too so others may like it ----------------------------------------------‐--------- This arrived yesterday and I've used it twice. In those 2 uses there has already been an improvement. I've lost weight recently and it was beginning to show on my neck with the beginnings of a crepey texture that I could not get rid of no natter what I tried. This stuff made a difference almost immediately. Obviously I'm going to keep using it and frankly the only reason for a 4 star review is cause I haven't been using it long enough to see the longer term effects but so far I'm a very happy camper. So much so that I've just placed another in my basket.

I was sceptical about the hype of this cream ,but it does actually work , I think it's the combination of the cream itself and the applicator roller ,I used this once a day when I remember and I have noticed a difference in my neck area which is fabulous it also leaves your skin feeling very soft and hydrated

This is one cream that really works. Leaves skin very soft and smooth. I will order it again.

Roller is more annoying than helpful—keeps getting stuck and doesn’t distribute cream evenly. No improvement in neck lines, just dryness and redness.
