Hi Scott, I don't know the exact answer to your question. I have a Glock 17 and a Taurus. Both are 9mm and the loader worked fine on both magizines. You can order it and if it doesn't work for you send it back. Hope this helps.

Q: Will this work with a kel tec2000 40 cal?

It appears that the loader is for a PMR 30. The PMR 30 is a 22 Mag, why would you think a 22 loader would load a 40 cal? Order a loader for 40 cal By the way, the Ludex is best loader I have ever used.

yes. it even works in my sig sauer p320

Q: Does this dent the brass in any way?

I have not had that problem. I learned that denting the brass is an issue as I had brass blow out sideways from a dented round. No such problems with this loader. I never could get more than 26 rounds in my PMR-30 until I bought this loader. A good investment I'd say.
