Approximately 3 g of sea moss per serving (per every 2 tablespoons). There are about 24 servings in a 24 oz jar, which means that one jar holds about 72 grams of sea moss. The reason we're so specific about this is that 3 grams of sea moss hold a daily dose of Iodine supplement (140 mg).

Is this rock-grown seamoss?

I am not sure how it is grown, but it tasted and smelled bad. I did not appreciate a single benefit from using it.
