I recently upgraded to the 23.8” UPERFECT stacked dual-screen monitor and wanted to share my experience in full transparency. My original UPERFECT 18.5” stacked dual monitor (purchased in 2024) unfortunately developed a dual-screen issue after very limited use. Although the product was outside the warranty period and that model had already been discontinued, the customer support team took the time to communicate with me across time zones and work through possible solutions. After several professional exchanges, they offered a meaningful accommodation toward a current model. I ultimately upgraded to the 23.8” version, and the company honored a 25% refund after purchase as agreed. The new monitor arrived quickly and worked immediately out of the box. Setup on my Dell XPS 17 (Thunderbolt 4) was truly plug-and-play using the included cables and power supply. No drivers were required and both screens initialized correctly. The larger 23.8” format is much easier on the eyes for long work sessions and travel setups. The monitor also includes a useful mode that allows both panels to behave as one continuous display, which can be helpful for certain workflows. A couple practical notes for buyers: • The resolution is 1920×1080 per panel, which is acceptable but not extremely sharp for a screen of this size. Using Windows scaling (around 150%) helps improve readability. • Make sure your laptop supports DisplayPort Alt Mode or Thunderbolt if you intend to run both panels properly. I had issues with this monitor and it stopped functioning properly within a couple of months. I was pretty frustrated, but the seller reached out and worked with me to resolve the issue, which I appreciated. The monitor itself was very cool when it was working, but unfortunately the unit I received was unreliable.

I purchased the UPERFECT Delta 23.8" monitor in early 2024, and it served me well in handling as I worked remotely from place to place, moving every 7-10 days...until a few months ago when the screen started blacking out intermittently. The PC still detected the monitor as connected, but the display would go completely dark. Unplugging and reconnecting the monitor would reset it, but then Windows had to reassess the monitor layout and redistribute windows across my displays, not exactly ideal, especially as the blackouts became more frequent, eventually happening multiple times a day. Here's where this story gets good: I reached out to UPERFECT's customer support, fully aware that my warranty had expired. I was just hoping for some troubleshooting guidance to restore the monitor (was very happy with its toughness and screen quality). What happened next genuinely surprised me. Their support team responded quickly and professionally. They asked for details about the issue, then provided comprehensive troubleshooting steps. While those steps didn't ultimately resolve my problem, I was impressed by how much time and effort they invested in helping me...again, for a product that was out of warranty. But the biggest surprise came at the end: when troubleshooting didn't work, they offered to ship me a brand new monitor and provided a prepaid shipping label to return the defective unit. I was floored. Let me share my philosophy: In today's world, I don't expect perfect products with indefinite lifespans. When something fails earlier than expected, I work with customer service to make it right...that's just reality. This means I highly value excellent customer service. Since I know I'll occasionally encounter products that may fail sooner than I'd prefer, I actively seek out companies that minimize the pain of dealing with support in an imperfect world. UPERFECT has earned my loyalty. The next time I need a durable monitor for road trips or any portable display solution, UPERFECT will always be my first choice.

Update: Support contacted me and offered a refund or a replacement and I accepted the replacement. Its the smaller 18.5" but it functions the way i expected and thats the most important for me. I appreciate the effort on their part to make things right. To be transparent Im leaving my original below this edit. Heres what id like people to take away from this: 1. The original item I bought (20+" portable dual screen) does not do ABC display. At most you can expand one "display" across the 2 screens. 2. These folks seem pretty decent as they reached out to me to sort this out when i was willing to just take the hit and move on. 3. Amazon needs to sort out their review nonsense. Original Review: Well I got scammed. I have another portable dual monitor from a different company that I love and works fine, I just wanted larger screen. First: This is NOT a dual monitor, in no way can you have different displays on each screen. It's either mirror or "fill" and fill doesn't actually work. Amazon has put reviews for different products under this, not the first time I've seen that, but I realize now from the pictures that the review that sold me on this is of a different monitor. The only thing THIS one actually does is mirror the screen. You can mirror one display on both screens or you can extend your display to this and show the extension twice. That's it. Even the mirroring is a pain to accomplish. The buttons are located inside the stand arm, about two inches around the corner from the edge, it "powersaves" if you look at it wrong, sometimes requiring a computer reboot for it to recognize the signal again. menu button is weird and doesn't always work.

I purchased the same monitor last year and it was perfect for when I want to work away from my desk. Easy to set up and store away. The monitor quality is exceptional and is overall great value for the price. However, it did stop powering up a few weeks ago. The customer service team had a replacement sent to me quickly and hassle free. I would deffinitely consider buying again.
