Khashab & Oud Eau de Parfum – 100ml Arabic Spray for Men and Women, Luxury Gold Edition

I bought all three and I love them all! The white edition is my personal favorite of the three. They do smell similar but there is a difference: the dark one is definitely warmer and spicier than the rest, the white one is has a powdery scent I like and smells clean, and the gold one, to me, smells more earthy and fresh than the rest. I go nose blind to fragrances quickly, but at the end of the day at work I got a compliment on the dark one with only wearing 2 sprays on my chest, so other people can smell them after while, they are long lasting. I hope this brand is here to stay as I plan to be a returning customer since this will be my signature scent.

IMPORTANT: I purchased and am reviewing Arabiyat Khashab al Oud BROWN. The reviews seem to mix and review 3 different Arabiyat products: brown, white, and gold. NOTE: Taif rose is very prevalent in this scent profile, although I didn't find it mentioned in any product description. IF YOU DON'T LIKE ROSE, YOU MAY NOT ENJOY THIS EAU DE PARFUM. I'm 50yr guy, and while I didn't expect the floral aspect, after a short while of applying all of the potent scents mellow out and blend into a lasting, sexy, and attractive parfum that I completely agree both men and women might enjoy. It is definitely spicy (maybe nutmeg and black pepper?), wood (I would agree to cedar), and the low notes are smoky myrrh incense (likely from the oud (I personally haven't smelled oud alone)) and amber. Again, there's definitely a strong note of rose when freshly applied, so I get why some reviews mention "old lady" scent, but I find it really does mellow and compliment the overall profile given the chance. I really like grounding it with a little vetiver essential oil. As I have never smelled oud on its own, I wasn't certain what to expect, but am very happily surprised. I recommend for happy relaxation, definitely wear on a hot date, not sure I'd wear it at the office. ;)

Not a pleasant scent at all and I do not notice any of the undertones stated in the description. It is very loud and made me nauseous after an hour. Since it is a perfume, I could not return it. Not worth the price

Sweet, dark, and rich. Floral, spicy, and woody. As others point out, concentrated and strong, but one could just use less. I happen to like that unctuous depth. And reviewer MCBonacasa has such a good nose he can identify “taif rose” and he points out for our benefit that this is not mentioned; yet taif rose are literally the first words in the review of the version he bought. But the rose harmonizes with the other ingredients in a way that creates something new and not discernibly floral. Elegant bottle and a presentation befitting an expensive perfume.

It's very heavy and powdery. It is not unpleasant and It does last forever, so a little goes a long way.

This fragrance is hands down a good one. It’s strong and bold and will definitely garner some compliments. It’s kind of interesting though when it comes to dissecting the smell, initially it is very very woody which is fine... it’s an Oud based fragrance. However with the dry down it gains some what of unisex scent and it’s hard to explain. Very appropriate for autumn/winter.

I bought this cologne for my man, and let me tell you this, he absolutely loves it. The smell is so unique and different, yet amazing. I've never smelled anything even close to it, it it smells so good. It's a must have, and lasts too. It's so worth the money. Don't hesitate. Buy it.

Not for the faint of heart. Great scent, use sparingly! The scent lingers for days! The packaging is very nice, and the bottle is decorative.
