CAT HOUSE
It is easy to set up, my cat LOVES it (as long as it is inside the house) lol. I have a cushion in there and his toys….keeps them off the floor…LOL

Great product - difficult to pack up
I bought two play pens and a tunnel. They zip together nicely and should work well for what we need. I marked one star down because it would be nice to have a video available of how to close it - wow! You need some muscle to do it!

Cat Approved
Great for giving my cats some supervised time outside! Hard to fold back into the small circular shape it came in, but still able to press all the panels down flat for easy storage.

Green and black is NOT compatible with turquoise and black!
Despite multiple attempts at research via Alexa, and at the company website itself, I could not find a straight answer as to whether or not this product was compatible with the similar Kitty City outdoor catio products that come in turquoise and black. Please let me be clear, lest you experience the same heartbreak we did. The green/ black and turquoise/ black outdoor catio products from Kitty City are NOT compatible. The green/ black products have a larger diameter and will not fit. It was very saddening to discover this as this piece was “perfect” for the build we were trying to create. Tragically it doesn’t fit. On a more positive note, Amazon did refund the price, but we are back to square one with trying to find the right piece to make a complete circuit. Why this piece doesn’t come in the turquoise/ black option is a mystery to us, but hopefully this will change in the future.

Only buy one size
Cute product, except they chose to not make them compatible with their other lines. Very strange decision that minimizes useablility.

One side frame bent
Waste of money. If it was quality made and sewn it would be perfect. First one the frame was bent so I returned it. Second one I just noticed the mesh came apart at the seam creating a hole they can escape from. I never even opened that side where the seam let go. I can't refund bc it's a day past date but I just noticed it. I reached out to a local seamstress and she can fix it. So $67 down the drain. Waste of money!
