Great item but do your research first before buying
I love it! Fits me perfectly. Item exactly as described, used but indistinguishable from new. Techzone will be my first port of call when looking for other Bhaptics kit. Note to future buyers thinking of buying the Tactsuit Pro. Make sure to do your research prior to buying. I have a top end spec PC, PS5, PSVR2 and Quest 3 so I get maximum use of the suit and it fits into my gaming setup. I did a lot of googling and watching Youtube reviews so I knew what I was getting. The suit enhances VR, its more of a subtle effect than a wow effect. In essence, if you're already in love with VR then this will take it up a notch. ยฃ500+ is a lot of money to spend, so just be sure you know what you're getting into.

TL;DR - DO NOT BUY, NOT WORTH IT.
Really not worth it. I read the reviews. Bought it, Used it for a day. Then sent it back the next. All it does is vibrate when being interacted with music or games. If you want it for VRChat. Oh boy, Not at all easy to setup at all. I couldnt even get it working for starters thats how complex it is. It is definitely not worth the hefty price tag of ยฃ500. Comfort was meh but you couldnt relax in a chair as you'd have the vibrators digging in your back. It fits me and stability of the straps are fine. but not worth it. TL;DR - DO NOT BUY, NOT WORTH IT.

My Favourite VR Accessory. Genuinely adds much to VR experiences
My favourite VR accessory. Mature, well thought-out software. PCVR or Standalone. Genuinely adds immersion to VR or otherwise is just fun to wear. New Tactsuit Pro is even better than the X40. battery last for ages. Great support and a ton of supported games. Looking up and feeling the sparks land on me in Doom 3 or standing next to a barrel exploding is a next level experience!

Great for VR, if you donโt move alot
If you are getting this to feel more immersive in vr then 100% get it. Only thing with using it for Vrchat you have to individually set up the haptics for each avatar you plan to use. Quest side avatars with haptics arenโt as powerful then PC. But overall I love the quality, the battery life is CRAZY long. Itโs very comfortable but with trackers it does seem to get in the way. I think for the price itโs very reasonable. It also fits different body types and it gives you a Barney style guide to set it up. It doesnโt slip around and stays very firm if you adjust it well. The thickness is less than I anticipated, itโs fairly lightweight.

Almost skipped it. So glad I didn't.
I sat on this for two weeks because of the "died after one use" review. Finally decided to just buy it and return it if mine was bad too. No need. Works flawlessly out of the box. Don't let one outlier review talk you out of it. Battery had enough charge to test right away. Paired to my Quest 3 in two minutes through bHaptics Player (turn on, open app, pair). Ran the built-in test pattern and all 32 motors fired cleanly. Played an hour of Arizona Sunshine. Feeling zombies bite into different parts of my body was genuinely thrilling. Already looking at the sleeves.

bHaptics embarrassed themselves worse than ever before. AVOID
Died after ONE SINGLE USE. And if you're a developer - their SDK tools are abhorrently bad. I purchased 3 and one died after a single use. This company doesn't know how to make reliable hardware - and software? They must've ChatGPT'd spaghetti code from the 3.5 model because it is keyboard-bangingly frustrating to set up. You HAVE to use their website GUI which is where most of the problem stems from. Their GUI is just awful. Just. Awful. No wonder there are hardly any games that natively support bHaptics. The power button on the back? Breathe and you'll hit it with air pressure. Power button on the front? You can enable 'button lock' which does absolutely nothing because you can still power it on and off because the software literally doesn't work. Also god forbid you decide to wear anything over the vest, you'll be wearing dead weight inside. They expect this to be the final layer with nothing on top not even a sweater. Haptic actuator response time? It comes with about 1-2 second latency. How you even manage that with modern BLE radios is criminal. It comes with an aux cable because it NEEDS an aux cable. The Tactsuit x40 was far superior, I've had 3 and all 3 still charge and power on just fine. This new product is embarrassing. This company has become embarrassing. Audio to Haptic feedback (where it uses audio to automatically generate haptic events) is still awful, even starting it and getting it to work takes 30 minutes and numerous app restarts/vest power on/off's and hope it doesn't crash even when connected via aux cable. With natively supported games, haptic vests are great, when this product actually manages to not crumble on itself from its awfully designed PCB and horse-glued solder connections and onboard software written by a child. I am extremely disappointed that this is even sold for a price, its literally worth nothing. Go for literally any other haptic vest and you'll find the hardware actually lasts.

Worth it for FPS gamers
As a Meta Quest 3 FPS gamer, the immersion this suit delivers is on another level. You feel exactly which direction you're hit from, and the intensity varies with every impact. It completely changes how you experience the game. Battery lasts well over 13 hours, and once you dial in the strap fit, you never need to adjust again. Just put it on and play. Only wish more games supported it โ but the library is growing. If you're a serious VR gamer, it's absolutely worth it.
