The first thing I noticed was how good the screen looks-the colors are super vibrant, and everything looks sharp whether I'm watching videos, doing schoolwork, or browsing online. The laptop feels fast and smooth even with multiple tabs and apps open at the same time. I also like how lightweight and thin it is because it's easy to carry around without feeling bulky. The 360 feature is actually more useful than I expected too, especially for watching movies in bed or using it in tablet mode. Battery life has been great so far, and the overall build quality feels premium. It's definitely not a cheap laptop, but after using it, it feels worth it.

This laptop has been one of the best purchases I’ve made on Amazon. It offers great value for the price. I bought it mainly for browsing the internet and playing casino-style games at home and while traveling. Everything runs smoothly, and I haven’t had any issues so far. The performance is fast enough for what I use it for, and it feels reliable whether I’m at home or on the go. The screen looks nice, and it’s easy to use for long periods without any problems.

It is a beautiful, efficient and fast computer. Unfortunately, I accidentally ordered the wrong one.

Compre desde Argentina, principalmente para trabajo cumplió las expectativas y las sobrepasó, tenía miedo el tema del cargador por el voltaje distinto de latam y bue todo bien por suerte solo tuve que comprar un adaptador por la forma del enchufe. La maquina una maravilla, gracias a SmartThings se conecto rápido con el celular y mis airbuds. Amazon se encargo de todo, envío aduana y más. Excelente compra sinceramente.

Very powerful laptop and so esay to connect with other Samsung devices such as the cellphone and the tablet. Only some issues when triying to connect a Samsung Buds (sometimes only recognize a single bud) and videogames controllers like Switch Pro Controller (it always is recognized, but when pressing buttons they do not work in the laptop).

I purchased this Samsung Galaxy Book5 360 with high expectations and initially had a very positive experience. The laptop's design, performance, and display quality were excellent. But Unfortunately, after a relatively short period of normal use, I experienced a serious issue involving the display assembly. What started as a small separation around the screen area eventually developed into significant display damage, requiring replacement of the entire display assembly. The most disappointing part has not been the damage itself, but the difficulty of obtaining support and replacement parts. Finding the correct display assembly for this model has been extremely challenging, and even Samsung support, repair technicians have struggled to locate the required components. My intention is not to criticize the product unfairly. I simply want potential buyers to be aware that if a major hardware issue occurs, repair options and replacement parts may be difficult to obtain depending on your location. This is still a powerful and well-designed laptop, but I strongly encourage Samsung and sellers to improve parts availability and repair support for customers facing situations like this.

Excelente laptop, la calidad en general es muy buena, el teclado es muy agradable también, pero lo que más destaca son dos cosas: la calidad de la pantalla es demasiado buena y la durabilidad de la batería es considerablemente buena, yo tengo topada la baetría al 80%% y dura entre 8 y 12hrs de trabajo intenso, que ya es mucho más que otros tipos de laptops. Es una laptop que recomiendo si ya tienen otros dispositivos samsung

Initially, I was quite disappointed when my first order was cancelled. After re-ordering, Amazon support informed me that delivery could take up to two months. To my surprise and delight, the laptop arrived just two weeks after 1 placed the order. While the shipping speed could have been better, I understand that end-of-year demand likely caused delays. The laptop itself is sleek, stylish, and incredibly fast.
